Our association promotes the practice of Speed-Ball, a racquet sport of French origin that was forgotten and then rehabilitated by Egypt to become a competitive sport. It is the only symmetrical racquet sport that develops ambidexterity through 4 events, 2 of which are timed. Speed-Ball Club Val de Lys averages 30 competitors each year and achieves multiple podium finishes at local, regional and national levels. We are a partner of the France Speed-Ball Association for the development of the sport at the departmental level.
