Support for People in Difficulty at the Station (homelessness, theft, orientation) Our activity is primarily focused on assisting with travel. We provide travel assistance, at the request of partner associations (conventional or otherwise) who, during outreach rounds, direct homeless individuals toward other facilities in Marseille or the region (SIAO 115, Sara Logisol, Adapp 13...). We help obtain tickets online for asylum seekers who need to travel to the CNDA or OFPR or reach accommodation facilities (requests from Le Nid, La Cimade, Autre Regard...). We purchase tickets for those without credit cards to buy their own tickets and whose fares are cheaper online than at the SNCF ticket counter.
