"Everything human is ours". The French Popular Relief, Federation of Manche, fights poverty and exclusion in Manche. In reception offices, volunteers welcome, listen to and guide people in difficulty. Reception is unconditional. The association develops food and material solidarity, but also enables access to culture, leisure and holidays.
