Secours populaire français 35

Popular Relief is a movement at the heart of which volunteer organizers and fundraisers take action. They give their time to foster solidarity by welcoming and supporting people in difficulty, organizing events, collecting financial or material resources, providing children with vacation opportunities, leading, managing, drawing up reports, and recruiting other volunteer organizers and fundraisers. They are also actors in this movement, with voting rights to elect their leaders or choose to represent the association themselves. They guide the association's direction and financial policy, particularly at congresses held every two years. As the true backbone of Popular Relief, volunteer organizers and fundraisers commit themselves to practicing solidarity in all its forms and bringing the association's project to life by participating in its democratic life.
