Secours Catholique - Comité du Tarn

Catholic Relief addresses all causes of poverty, inequality, and exclusion. The association raises public awareness and calls on authorities while proposing long-term solutions. It places at the heart of its work the participation of the people it supports and the strengthening of everyone's capacity to act together. Within the Tarn committee, there are 500 volunteers, 17 local teams, 2,000 families and individuals supported and accompanied across 15 welcome centers throughout the department. Through friendly groups and collective actions—solidarity shops, shared gardens, educational support, French language learning, welcome cafés—volunteers participate in building a more just and fraternal society.
