Se Canto is a national non-profit organization founded in 1998. For 25 years, Se Canto has fostered intergenerational connections by singing and performing music in nursing homes and geriatric hospitals. Se Canto brings together 800 volunteers of all ages across 40 cities who visit 2,000 elderly people in over 60 facilities each month.
