Scouts et Guides de France de Cormeilles en Parisis

With nearly 91,000 members in France, the SGDFs are the leading popular education movement through action! It has been officially recognized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports for over 60 years and holds public benefit status. As such, all instructors can pursue BAFA/BAFD training throughout the year. The Scouts and Guides of France group in Cormeilles-en-Parisis (Val d'Oise territory) is the local representation of the movement within the city. This year the group comprises 135 members (young and old) who always enjoy gathering together. The Scouts and Guides of France aim to help young people aged 6 to 20 grow into happy women and men, useful citizens who are builders of justice and peace. This project welcomes every child regardless of their beliefs, identity, or origin. It allows them to experience fraternity together beyond social and religious boundaries.
