Relais Enfants-Parents en Milieu Carcéral

Our association aims to develop, maintain, and help restore by all appropriate means the relationship between children and parents (or grandparents) during incarceration or following any form of custodial sentence (electronic monitoring, detention orders, etc.). About forty volunteers (one team based in Le Havre and one team in Rouen) provide support to children visiting their incarcerated parents, run workshops, accompany pregnant and new mothers in prison, organize outings for babies from Rouen's nursery, and handle various administrative tasks. We operate across four correctional facilities in Eure and Seine-Maritime (Rouen, Le Havre, Val de Reuil, and Evreux).
