REAVITAE is an association founded by former patients and family caregivers. Our mission: To help patients in long-term hospitalization to: - relearn how to live - revitalize the body - reactivate the mind Our actions & means: Provide rehabilitation and wellness tools. How? 1. Collect the needs of patients and their family caregivers 2. Develop tools that complement therapies 3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals Our action is based on the development and provision of tools that complement rehabilitation and wellness on the cognitive, motor, and sensory levels of patients during hospitalization. Alongside this mental exercise for patients, our tools also serve to recreate social connection with family caregivers and to facilitate communication with healthcare providers.
