Protection Civile d'Ille et Vilaine

Civil Protection of Ille-et-Vilaine aims to act in every possible way in favor of the development and protection of civilian populations against dangers in times of peace as well as in times of war. * Relief: With the necessary civil security accreditations to operate Provisional Relief Services (DPS), also known as first aid posts, Civil Protection of Ille-et-Vilaine mobilizes its teams and equipment to set up first aid posts suited to the attendance at events and large-scale gatherings. * Assistance: Support for populations and aid to disaster victims: Civil Protection has decentralized human and logistical resources ready to be mobilized and intervene before, during and after a crisis. * Training: Training saves millions of lives each year. As a major player in first aid training, Civil Protection trains over 80,000 people each year, targeting all audiences: young people, businesses and individuals.
