Our citizen collective Plaisirois, created in 2015, brings together associations under French law 1901 and individuals with the aim of fostering local momentum to prepare for resource scarcity and its consequences, in the spirit of the Transition Towns and Territories movement, which promotes energy descent and the strengthening of local resilience.
