Founded in 2002, Passerelles et Compétences is a non-profit organization recognized for public benefit. It provides volunteer expertise to solidarity-based associations. Professional skills that they lack internally and cannot afford to acquire (strategy, marketing, communication, accounting, human resources, etc.). This enables them to solve problems, develop projects, or improve their operations. It also helps them renew and diversify their boards of directors. A human-centered approach: its role goes beyond simple matchmaking. Trained "Passerelles" volunteers support associations throughout their missions. These individuals help them clarify their needs, draft mission descriptions, identify and find the right profiles, and provide support for missions through to the final assessment.
