Founded in 2002, a pioneer in skills-based volunteering, Passerelles et Compétences makes volunteers' expertise available to solidarity associations for specific missions. Operating in the heart of the Charente-Maritime and Deux-Sèvres departments, our team creates a bridge between the skills needs of associations and a network of volunteers eager to take action for the common good. We develop skills-based volunteering in three forms: expert volunteering, governance volunteering, and mentoring volunteering. The human connection is essential! We are committed to supporting both the association and the volunteer throughout the mission, from identifying association needs to the final evaluation.
