P@role is a non-profit association committed to supporting children and young people followed by Child Welfare Services (ASE). It works to strengthen their confidence, autonomy and openness to the world by mobilizing volunteers around social connection and mentoring activities. A non-profit association under French law, member of the social and solidarity economy, P@role aims to mobilize civil society and educational stakeholders around school and education to promote educational success and equal opportunities. Drawing on its educational expertise, P@role designs and deploys innovative tools that support learning, strengthen autonomy and foster young people's creativity. Its experience is based on methods validated by cognitive science, solid educational partnerships, and an associative governance structure that ensures transparency and civic engagement.
