The MJC is first and foremost an association: a vibrant space run by volunteers and paid staff who believe in the power of education, culture, and participation for everyone. Open to all ages, all backgrounds, and all differences, the MJC offers activities, projects, and spaces to learn, create, exchange ideas, meet one another, and get involved—and sometimes, all of these things at once. Because it is recognized as a Youth and Popular Education organization, the MJC works to ensure that everyone can have a voice, reinvent everyday life, and together shape more solidary futures. Our commitments are not just empty words: - Foster young people's autonomy and their access to responsibility. - Offer everyone a place, without any discrimination. - Make culture and education accessible, concrete, and alive. - Encourage solidarity, participation, and critical thinking.
