The Clichy Local Mission prepares every young person from Clichy aged 16 to 25 who is no longer in education to enter working life. We assess their situation comprehensively and define with them a coherent and sustainable life project. Working with our network of partners, we support them in a personalized and caring manner in achieving their project. It is at all levels – training, employment, housing, transport and health – that we must take action to succeed and honor the trust that each young person from Clichy places in us. We call upon volunteer mentors (both active workers and retirees) for our mentoring program. It aims to connect committed volunteers with young people from Clichy to support them in their job search, in close collaboration with the advisors of the Local Mission. Mentoring takes place through several individual meetings over a period of between 6 weeks and 6 months maximum.
