The local mission of the Elbeuvian agglomeration has been supporting young people aged 16 to 25 who have left the school system for over 35 years. The local mission offers comprehensive and personalized support to each young person living in the 10 municipalities of the Elbeuvian agglomeration (Elbeuf, St Pierre les Elbeuf, St Aubin les Elbeuf, Caudebec les Elbeuf, Orival, Cléon, La Londe, Sotteville sous Val, Freneuse and Tourville la rivière). As part of this, the local mission of the Elbeuf agglomeration notably proposes a mentoring program, allowing young people to benefit from the advice of volunteer professionals who share their experiences with them.
