For twenty years, Mothers for Peace has been supporting Afghan women, and we remain committed despite the current situation! Why Afghanistan? Afghanistan's history has experienced many upheavals over recent decades. Unfortunately, women and girls are the first to suffer the consequences of these successive conflicts. Our projects: The Vallée de l'Eure committee, established since 2010, decided to fund initiatives aimed at promoting girls' education: 2011 to 2014: Distribution of materials to schools. Provision of study grants to 3 girls in higher education. Participation in the construction of a school in Mianjoy. 2015 to 2018: Construction of two additional classrooms, a sports field, and a perimeter wall for the Hofiane school in partnership with AFRANE. 2019 to 2021: Funding of university entrance exam preparation courses and supplementary classes for girls in the Waras region. 2022 to 2026: Funding of informal classes for girls in Kabul.
