Mentorat By Léo is a program of the Léo Lagrange Federation that enables young people aged 13 to 30 to be supported in their projects (personal, academic, and/or professional) over a 6-month period by a volunteer mentor. The Léo Lagrange Federation is a public benefit organization dedicated to popular education, heir to the optimistic philosophy of Léo Lagrange (Undersecretary of State for Sports and Leisure Organization in 1936). Since its founding in 1950, the Léo Lagrange Federation has been an advocate for youth. Through non-formal education (educational and recreational activities) and lifelong learning, it encourages, supports, and promotes the empowerment, initiative, and self-expression of all young people. In line with its educational mission, the Léo Lagrange Federation is fully committed to mentoring, a unique initiative to combat social inequality for the benefit of young people.
