The association called "La Maison de l'Amitié" was established in 1971. La Maison de l'Amitié has several activities: It organizes French courses for adults, taught by volunteer teachers. Support activities for individuals (psychology, reflexology, sophrology, etc.) provided free of charge. It enables people facing legal difficulties to receive advice (legal expert, lawyers, notary, UFC Que Choisir), support in conflicts with government agencies (Ombudsman's Delegate) and access to mediation services (justices of the peace for disputes between private individuals and social mediators for family conflicts).
