The League Against Cancer in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques is a nonprofit association founded under the 1901 French law, operating through public generosity and the commitment of its activists. Our offices are located in Bayonne (66 allées Marines), Pau (33 avenue de la Résistance), and Oloron-Sainte-Marie (6 rue Jéliotte). With over 6,000 members and approximately one hundred volunteers as of 2024, the League Against Cancer in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques is committed to fighting the disease on a daily basis through four main missions: cancer research, public information, cancer prevention and promotion of screening programs, support for patients and their loved ones, and the defense of patients' rights.
