It implements a four-pillar action plan to contribute to scaling up the social and solidarity economy (SSE): detect: identify unmet or undermet social needs, identify issues, needs and opportunities for the SSE, facilitate regular meetings between network members; drive: collectively design innovative solutions, study and validate opportunities for creating activities and jobs in the territory, create conditions conducive to the emergence of collective ideas; develop: launch and implement projects, support projects to secure business creation pathways, grow revenue and sales capacity of the SSE, build skills through joint training, offer training services; promote: raise awareness of and highlight the SSE, make visible and explain the added value of the social and solidarity economy (SSE) for each person and for society as a whole, convince the greatest number of people to take action
