Cats of Hope 31 is an animal protection organization that has been working since 2020 for the welfare of cats in the Haute-Garonne department. It takes in and cares for cats in distress, providing them with shelter, medical treatment, and helping them find a forever home. All of the cats are mistreated, sick, injured, or abandoned due to life's circumstances, death, admission to nursing homes, cruelty, or other reasons. A non-profit association registered under the French Law of 1901, it is run by a president, a treasurer, volunteers, and foster families. It operates without any paid staff and does not own a shelter facility.
