Since 1991, Le Rire Médecin has given hospitalized children in France the power to play and laugh to better cope with illness. Operating in 80 pediatric departments, the association's 150 professional clown-comedians perform nearly 100,000 personalized shows each year for young patients, their families, and healthcare workers.
