School for the Unschooled, our association supports young exiles who are awaiting enrollment and/or support from Child Welfare Services (ASE). We work to offer them classes and, where possible, housing solutions and tailored support. We organize remedial courses in French and mathematics (primary and middle school levels) as well as educational outings (museums, outdoor cinema) and recreational activities (creative arts, sports, games). We also build a community of solidarity hosts who enable us to provide young people with shelter while awaiting their legal recognition as minors by a judge (a lengthy legal procedure lasting several months).
