Le Fil Administratif is an association based in Saint-Paul-lès-Dax, whose mission is to support people with their everyday administrative tasks, particularly those who feel overwhelmed by paperwork, digital technology, or bureaucratic procedures. We help people understand their mail, complete forms, create and manage online accounts, organize administrative documents, and find clarity in their processes (family allowances, pensions, housing, health, employment, etc.). Our approach is human, compassionate, and personalized: we take time to listen, explain simply, and move at each person's own pace, primarily at home or in their local area. The association works to combat isolation, administrative discouragement, and the digital divide by rebuilding connections and restoring confidence. We are looking for volunteers who wish to participate in concrete local action, particularly to help raise awareness of the association (distribution of leaflets, local outreach) and support the development of our solidarity initiatives.
