LA FERME DE L'ESPOIR

Our association manages a Housing and Social Reintegration Center (CHRS) that welcomes single individuals, both men and women, and families with children; residents range in age from 18 to 70 years old. These individuals have experienced life setbacks: people released from prison, young people rejected by their parents, abused women, people in serious debt situations, those evicted from their homes, unemployed individuals or those employed but without housing. Important note: the address listed here is not correct but technology is playing tricks on us and we are unable to correct it; please disregard the address on rue de la Martinière and note that the correct address is rue du Père Marsteau (on the outskirts of Châtellerault heading towards Monthoiron). Our association, recognized as serving the public interest, is approved by the State, has a service agreement, and is partially funded by its services. We manage 16 beds, our paid staff is very limited (3.5 full-time equivalents) while volunteer work represents at least 5 full-time equivalents.
