The mission of La Cravate Solidaire Pau is to combat discrimination and social injustice, particularly in the context of professional integration by facilitating access to employment for people in job insertion or reintegration programs. La Cravate Solidaire Pau is an association positioned at the end of the insertion chain that prepares a broad audience, primarily consisting of people far removed from the job market, for recruitment interviews. It offers in-person support at its location in Pau through its main initiative: the Coup de Pouce Workshop. During these workshops, our "candidates" who are actively job-seeking and primarily referred by insertion organizations will: select professional attire that will be provided to them with the support of a volunteer image coach; develop their pitch and master interview conventions with advice from volunteer HR experts; enhance their professional image through a professional photograph; rebuild or develop their confidence through positive reinforcement and the supportive atmosphere fostered during the workshop.
