Since 2012, Cravate Solidaire has been providing individual support in a friendly and engaging manner to people experiencing social and professional exclusion. To do this, the organization mobilizes the skills of an experienced volunteer community. Its mission: to combat employment discrimination and promote job-based reintegration. The organization operates at the national level across several cities and is currently establishing its branch in Nantes. Thanks to volunteers recruited in the Nantes area, Cravate will implement three initiatives: collecting and sorting professional clothing from companies; image coaching for job candidates; HR coaching (interview simulations, HR advice, etc.).
