La Cravate Solidaire Le Mans

Solidarity Tie Le Mans is an association recognized for public benefit that works toward equal opportunity. Its objective is to combat employment discrimination, particularly that based on physical appearance. Since 2015, we have supported people in social and professional reintegration toward the success of their career projects. The mission of Solidarity Tie is above all to enable people in precarious situations to succeed in their job interviews under the best conditions. Thus, restoring confidence and ensuring they grasp the codes of the business world in a concrete and innovative way are part of our method. But Solidarity Tie is also a network of associations that works concretely to change how recruiters perceive people and their practices, through awareness-raising initiatives.
