An active solidarity association since 1939, La Cimade works for the rights and dignity of foreign nationals. Present throughout mainland France and overseas territories, La Cimade supports and advocates for nearly 110,000 people each year through its legal aid offices, as well as in administrative detention centers and prisons. La Cimade also conducts advocacy, information, and awareness-raising activities on migration issues, with the Migrant'scène festival being a major highlight. It carries out projects and campaigns with more than 65 partners in France, Europe, and internationally.
