Bring together residents of Rue de la Quarantaine (Lyon 5) and surrounding areas to develop and maintain community life; through the organization of tenant defense groups, festive and/or sports and cultural events, the creation and management of a shared garden, and the establishment of a Local Exchange System (LES); improve the living environment through local experiments to collectively build the world we want to live in
