Coeurious Project operates in the fields of mental wellbeing and intergenerational dialogue and is aimed at any French-speaking person aged 18 and over. We offer the learning and practice of a playful introspective method that leads to the creation of a personal journal-portrait – the Polyface Star – which uniquely captures each person's individuality and evolution (visions of oneself and the world). The polyface consists of "facets". A facet is a kind of "life chapter", mixing various types of media (writing, photo collage, drawings, videos, audio recordings...). The Polyface Star can be shared during one's lifetime or upon death, and Coeurious, with permission, preserves a copy accessible for 4 generations. The process of creating a polyface – which can span an entire lifetime – produces impacts at three levels: Individual: deepen self-knowledge and align actions with deep needs. Family: strengthen intergenerational dialogues and bonds.
