The École du Chat Libre du Parisis is an association in Val d'Oise that sterilizes, cares for, and protects stray cats. Some return to their territory after sterilization and become "free cats." The more vulnerable ones live safely in the enclosures at our shelter, and the most sociable are offered for adoption.
