Kodiko Montpellier offers personalized support to refugees over a 6-month period, with paired individual mentoring (2 meetings per month) provided by a volunteer employee from one of Kodiko's partner companies, along with events organized by Kodiko to facilitate job search (speed meetings, networking events, etc.). Through its approach, Kodiko aims to promote the recognition of refugees as professionals and demonstrate that they are carriers of talent and skills, and a genuine opportunity for our country and our businesses.
