Kaina is an association that uses audiovisual media as a tool for empowerment, education, and social transformation. Based in Montpellier for 26 years, we produce various content that makes visible the social initiatives emerging from working-class neighborhoods and more broadly throughout the city of Montpellier. As a model of territorial impact where media is the driving force, Kaina Médias gives communities the means to tell their own story. The media does not simply produce content: it trains those who produce it.
