JRS Limoges is one of 40 branches of JRS France that works to welcome exiled people with dignity, facilitate their integration, and defend their rights. The association is part of JRS International, an NGO active in 57 countries around the world. In Limoges, JRS notably manages the Café JRS, a welcoming and convivial space designed to break the isolation of exiled people who have recently arrived in Limoges.
