J'ETAIS COMME EUX aims to raise awareness and guide high school students in their post-secondary educational choices. We support young people's career orientation by connecting them with professionals from the business world who come from the same backgrounds as they do, and by providing mentorship for up to one year after they graduate from high school. We are convinced that career guidance matters and that if this issue were better addressed, there would be fewer dropouts, fewer failures in the first year of studies, and young people who are more fulfilled in their careers.
