Horizon Parrainage 38 is a local mentoring association. It connects available and volunteer adults with children who are either living with their parents or in institutional care. The goal is to create a supportive relationship and guide children in building their adult lives. The association is also responsible for supporting these mentoring relationships until the children reach adulthood.
