To ensure the development, operation and management of the local complementary currency called "Heol" in the Pays de Brest territory. In practice, Heol has on one hand member organizations that comply with a social, environmental and solidarity charter, and on the other hand members who use these organizations for their purchases in the Pays de Brest territory, using the local Heol currency. The benefit of using the local currency is that for each Heol purchased by a member, one euro is placed with La Nef, a bank that finances social and solidarity projects, thereby multiplying the impact of the local currency in the territory.
