Under its bylaws, the association manages the development of the local radio station "Fréquence Mistral," whose primary activity is community radio broadcasting serving citizens and economic, social, institutional, cultural, and sports stakeholders in the Southern Alps and, by extension, the broader South Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region and neighboring territories. It also carries out ancillary activities related to information and communication: print media, television broadcasting, electronic communication, cultural events, and professional and continuing education. Fréquence Mistral is the radio station from the Mountains to the Sea! It embodies the spirit of Provence, and represents the "M" of the Mediterranean. Founded in 1983 in its birthplace of Sisteron, it has been the reference radio station for the Southern Alps for over forty years, now broadcasting in DAB+ across Provence.
