France terre d'asile is an association dedicated to defending asylum rights and supporting exiled people. For over 50 years, it has provided support to asylum seekers, refugees, and unaccompanied foreign minors in matters of initial reception, administrative procedures, accommodation, integration, and more. It operates across 11 regions and 60 cities through approximately one hundred programs that assist over 12,000 people every day. Specifically within the integration division in Rouen, in addition to other services offered, we develop the citizen sponsorship program "Duo of Tomorrow" and the professional sponsorship program "A Career for Tomorrow." The latter involves pairing, for a period of 3 or 6 months, a person who has been working (or has worked) in France for some time and is willing to share their experience in their professional sector, with a person with International Protection Status (IPS) who wishes to work in that same sector: knowledge of industry standards, required skills/training/certifications, the local business network, and so forth, with the aim of strengthening the refugee's professional project and facilitating their entry into the job market.
