Since 1974, our individual members and federated associations, referred to here as "The Hedgehogs," have sought to defend and preserve the nature and environment of our department. Our Hedgehogs work to: > UNDERSTAND their environment by conducting and/or drawing on serious, verified technical and scientific studies. > CONVINCE through Environmental and Nature Education and Awareness, as well as through active participation in public debate and decision-making bodies. > MOBILIZE locally or at the department level to take action on many issues (e.g., March for Climate). > DEFEND our Environment by using all the tools of democracy, and sometimes by bringing our actions to court. We are always in need of "hedgehog paw prints"!
