To federate associations in the department that are members of the national union and approved by it, whether existing or to be established - to initiate and support the creation of new home care associations - to provide associations with technical support and perform administrative and accounting work - to represent them and their affiliated members before official bodies and public authorities of the department - to ensure, by any statutory means and where applicable legal proceedings, that associations affiliated with the ADMR movement comply with the bylaws, internal regulations, guidelines and associative project as well as the commitments and agreements of the national union - to request from competent administrative authorities the necessary authorizations and approvals for opening medico-social services and facilities, the management of which it will delegate to local associations
