At the heart of the social and solidarity economy since 1945, ADMR is the leading national network of personal services associations. Through their on-the-ground work, volunteers are in direct contact with the needs of the population. They provide an essential role of listening and guidance, thanks to their knowledge of the network and local partners. Our network offers numerous services divided into 3 areas: "Support for people with disabilities", "Services and care for seniors" and "Home maintenance". The service offering is directed towards vulnerable populations (elderly people, people with disabilities), but also towards the general public (single people, families, early retirees, etc.). While ADMR has been present at the national level since 1945, it has only existed in Allier since 2004. The Federation is located in Vichy, and the four associations are based in Vichy, Commentry, Moulins and Le Montet.
