E.S.A Cholet. For 50 years, E.S.A. and its volunteers have been promoting academic success for all by supporting children whose parents are unable to help them or afford to hire tutors, due to lack of knowledge and financial resources. Every year, 80,000 children leave the school system without a diploma. E.S.A.'s mission is to combat school failure with a focus on equity. Starting from the principle that all children deserve the same opportunities, it offers volunteer support to students whose parents cannot help them or afford to hire tutors due to lack of knowledge and financial means. Our work serves schoolchildren from elementary through final secondary year. It is structured around three main points: individualized support for the child to rebuild their confidence and foster independence; raising parental awareness of the importance of academic work; broadening their horizons through cultural outings.
