Created in July 2017, Encour'âge is a non-profit association. Its registered office is in Lamastre. Its purpose is to promote and improve the autonomy and well-being/quality of life of elderly and/or disabled people. It proposes reflection on 'aging well at home' and the means to achieve it, including the establishment of shared solidarity housing. To best meet the needs and projects of future residents of these shared solidarity habitats designed for 'good living in the region,' interested people participated in developing the project from the design phase onward. The association's administration and the organization of the shared solidarity home for elderly people rely on a team of about ten volunteers with varied and complementary skills, as well as three employees serving as 'life facilitators.' Housemates are active participants in the functioning of the shared home. To facilitate volunteer involvement and participation, the association offers thematic committees based on their missions: - Administrative - Finance - Communication - Activities - Presence with elderly people - Garden and shared home maintenance
