EMA is an animal protection association based in Epinay-sur-Seine in the Seine-Saint-Denis department. We sterilize, care for, and assist stray or abandoned cats. Some cats, the most fearful ones, are released after sterilization and become "free cats." Socializable cats are placed in foster homes to be adopted. EMA is a non-shelter association; we operate solely thanks to the help of our foster families.
