ELISA Children from Elsewhere is a humanitarian association based in Cognac (16). It supports disadvantaged children in Brazil (in a favela in Salvador de Bahia) and Vietnam (in Hue and Ho Chi Minh City, including children with disabilities and young girls from ethnic minorities), through sponsorship programs (during their schooling) and funding for work and equipment purchases in their reception centers. It provides zero-interest loans to poor families in Vietnam to help them start a business.
