EGEE Picardie

For 40 years, our association "Entente des Générations pour l'Emploi et l'Entreprise" (EGEE), recognized as serving the public interest, has called upon volunteer seniors who wish to share their professional skills and experience with younger generations. The majority of them held significant responsibilities during their professional careers in businesses, education, or public service. EGEE intervenes in support of Business, Education, and Employment. New EGEE advisors are mentored upon joining the association by an experienced advisor and carry out missions in pairs. Internal training is also provided to update knowledge and mission methodology. A documentary database enables them to enhance and update their knowledge. A library of resources and presentations is available for their missions and interventions. Each advisor can choose or initiate missions according to their expertise and interests, and can develop them through their personal network. They are simultaneously beneficiaries, promoters, and contributors to EGEE's mission, for "the passion of sharing knowledge."
